| - It depends on the spec of your machine, but we recommend that you follow these steps.
- Restart your computer
- Run defragmenter on your machine。
- Update the version of your Video Drive
- Change your HDD to a faster HDD
If the spec of your machine is too low, you might not be able to play a movie.
Please confirm the recommended environment and consider improving your machine spec.
Also, if your video memory is lower than 2mb, you might expect a high improvement.

| - You can check which version of Windows Media Player you are using by following these steps.
- Launch Windows Media Player
- Choose "Version Information(A)" from "Help" in the menu bar.
If the version displayed there says- Version:6.4.xx.xxxx, it is Version 6.4
- Version: 7.10.xx.xxxx, it is Version 7.1
- Version: 8.00.xx.xxxx, it is Version 8.0
- Version: 9.00.xx.xxxx, it is Version 9.0
