It is about the sign-up for Ittele.tv. We show you the process from sign-up to the use of our service, and the membership expiration.
  • I want to change my registered e-mail address.
  • We are afraid, but the e-mail address that you had entered when on your registration time cannot be changed.
  • Can I register with cellular phones e-mail address?
  • Cellular phone e-mail has a limit to its number of letter. So, we recommend that our customers use normal computer e-mail address.
  • I completed the registration, but I didn't receive a password.
  • We can think of four reasons for the incomplete registration.
    1. You entered an invalid e-mail address.
      If an e-mail of "Returned Mail" is sent to our support center, we cancel your registration. In that case, please register once again.


      *In order to avoid multiple registrations, a registration with the same e-mail address can't be completed.
      *In order to avoid multiple accounting, a registration with the same credit card number can't be completed
    2. A problem with the mail server that you are using
    3. Your mailbox is too full to receive an e-mail
    4. Your mailer sends an e-mail from an unknown user to a junk mail box
    5. It is possible that you didn't realize our e-mail as it went to a junk mail box.
      (Especially for those who use Hotmail or Yahoo.) Before the inquiry, please check the mail setting.


      If you set your mailer not to receive an e-mail from an unknown user, our registration confirmation mail with your password will not get to you. Please change the setting in order to avoid it.
  • I signed up for Ittele.tv yesterday, but it says that the date of my registration today.
  • Because of the time difference between Japan and USA, it sometimes happens that the date is set back a day.
  • I want to sign up again.
  • When you want to sign up once again, please do the same process of member registration.


    1. If you sign up again before the expiration of the former membership, your will make an unnecessary extra monthly payment
    2. Sign up again after 2 days of the expiration is completely done.
    3. In order to avoid multiple registrations, a registration with the same e-mail address can't be completed.
    4. In order to avoid multiple accounting, a registration with the same credit card number can't be completed
    *Even if multiple accounting occurs because of your fault, we are not able to refund.
  • Does the membership last for a month after the first day of registration?
  • Date of registration + 30days is the duration of your membership..
    As long as you don't cancel your membership, the expiration date is updated as follows every month.

  • Registration page doesn't open. It is just a blank page.
  • Before the registration, please follow these procedures.
    1. Enable browser's cookies
    2. Use the recommended browser
    3. Set the encoding to "UTF-8" from the browser menu bar
  • Can I make a monthly payment with bank transfer or checks?
  • Unfortunately, we don't accept bank transfer or checks.
