Do I have a limit for download from Ittele.tv?
We limit each members' download to 5GB a day in order to avoid a low performance of server by numerous access at the same time. We appreciate your cooperation and understandings.
When you reach the limit for download, you can restart your download the next day at noon (US East Coast Time).

What kind of computer do I need?

In this case, do as follows.
Your computer might not have the proper Microsoft Windows Media Player, or your Windows Media Player is not the latest version. Please download the latest Windows Media Player and install it. If you can't play movies yet, please uninstall the current Windows Media Player and re-download the latest Windows Media Player and install it.
Are the movies divided?
Each title is divided into 6 to 20 movies. The size of each movie is about 15mb to 50mb.
How can I combine movies?
We don't support regarding combining movies. There is a software in Japanese called UniteMovie. Please refer to this software.
Can I download and save movies on my own computer?
Yes, you can download and save all the movies on your computer.
Can I download all the movies?

When do you update?
We upload 5 new movies twice a week (Tuesday and Friday), 10 movies a week in total.
It downloads really slow.
We can think of three reasons for slow downloading speed.
Problems with your provider Depending on your provider, downloading speed can be slow when it is busy.
Connection problems between provider and our server. It is possible that your provider has a connection problem, so please inquire your provider.
Problems with our server connection It is possible that we have tremendous access to our download server, which leads into low server performance. We propose that you access to our site when our server is not busy (Japan time: 23:00 to 3:00).
New movies are not provided.
If you use Internet Explorer6.0 for your browser, in the menu bar, go to "tool" > "internet options"> "Internet temporary files" > "setting". When your "setting" panel is displayed, check "uncheck the new version". After the procedures, please close Internet Explorer and re-launch it and press F5 to reload it.
I can't complete a download.
We can think of four reasons for incomplete downloading.
Your computer or your browser has old data. Please clear your cache and history of your browser.
Cache size of your browser is set lower than the size of download movie. Please set the cache size of your browser higher than size of download movie. （InternetExplorer 6.0） Tool > Internet Options > General > Internet Temporary Files > Internet Temporary File Folders > Change the size
Your connection environment is set to timeout. Please confirm your network connection of your current OS.
Busy line Please avoid the busy time from 23:00 to 3:00.
Is it possible to download using a download tool?
No, we ban the use of download tool.
I can't download movies any more.

However, by conducting the procedures below, the problems might be solved.
Internet security level is set to high. Set the security level of your browser lower than middle.
PC or internet browser has old data. Please clear the cache, cookie, and history.

If you use internet security soft, change the setting of internet security soft. *Regarding the setup of each software, please refer to the help of each software, or inquire each software maker.
Download of movie is not completed fully and the size of the movie that I downloaded was obviously small.
If the size of the movie is extremely small, it is possible that you failed to download it. In that case, try your download again.
When you download the same movie, please clear your cache, cookie and history of your browser.
I don't know how to download a movie.
Right click over the "download" button, and from the popup menu, choose save the target file. On the panel of "save as", choose the place where you want to save the movie. By clicking save, it starts downloading the movie. After the download, double click the movie and it will start playing.
